6. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content published on this website, including photographs, graphics, layouts, illustrations, texts and design work, is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all rights to my original work remain with me or the respective rights holders.

Any reproduction, modification, distribution, publication or other use of the content beyond the limits permitted by law requires prior written permission from the respective rights holder.

This applies in particular to commercial use, further processing and publication on other websites, social media platforms or in other media.

The copyright and usage rights of third parties remain unaffected and must be respected.

7. Portfolio Credits, Authorship and Use of AI

The work presented on this website comes from different areas of my photographic and creative practice. To ensure transparency, the following information explains how the work was created, processed and presented.

7.1 Photography

All photographs displayed in the "Photography" section have been personally photographed, edited and retouched by me.

The photographic images and their post-production have been created without the use of generative AI tools.

I am the photographer and copyright holder of these works, unless otherwise explicitly stated. The corresponding copyright and usage rights remain with me.

Exception – AI-generated presentation environments:

Some photographs may be integrated into AI-generated environments for presentation purposes.

For example, an actual photograph taken and edited by me may be displayed as a physical photo print on a desk or other surface generated using artificial intelligence.

In such cases, the photographic subject itself remains an authentic photograph taken and edited by me. Only the surrounding presentation environment has been generated using AI.

Such images will be clearly identified and labelled separately on the website.

7.2 Image Editing

The works displayed in the "Image Editing" section include image editing, retouching and compositing projects created by me on behalf of various creative agencies.

Some of the underlying photographic material was originally created by other photographers Toni Nuesse, Hartmuth Seehuber, Bernhard Frei and Jörg Schieferecke.

My contribution consists of post-production, image retouching, compositing and the visual integration of the individual image elements.

The copyright of the original photographs remains with the respective photographers. My editing and post-production work does not transfer or change the authorship or copyright ownership of the original photographic material.

The works are displayed in my portfolio exclusively for presentation and reference purposes, subject to the applicable usage rights and agreements with the agencies, photographers and other rights holders involved.

7.3 Brand Design

The works presented in the "Brand Design" section have been conceptualised and designed by me.

These include, in particular, graphic design concepts, corporate identity elements, brand visualisations, layouts and other forms of visual communication.

Some design projects may be presented within AI-generated environments for visualisation purposes.

For example, an original design created by me may be displayed on a digitally generated package, surface, wall or other presentation object.

The original design work itself remains unchanged. Generative AI is used exclusively to create or enhance the surrounding presentation environment, not to modify the actual design.

Such presentations will be clearly identified and labelled separately on the website.

8. Your Rights Under the GDPR

Under applicable data protection legislation, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access (Article 15 GDPR): You may request information about whether and which personal data concerning you is being processed.

  • Right to rectification (Article 16 GDPR): You may request the correction of inaccurate personal data.

  • Right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR): You may request your personal data in a commonly used, machine-readable format.

  • Right to object (Article 21 GDPR): You may object to the processing of your personal data where it is based on legitimate interests.

  • Right to withdraw consent (Article 7(3) GDPR): You may withdraw any consent previously given at any time, with effect for the future.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact me using the email address provided above.

9. Right to Lodge a Complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates applicable data protection laws.

If you are based in Germany, the relevant supervisory authority may be:
